Supercritical paprika oleoresin is obtained from paprika by supercritical CO2 extraction. It is a pure, no characteristic odour of paprika liquid with high colour value.
Usage: Widely used in as food colour additives in foodstuff like noodles, seafood, meat, cakes, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.
Appearance: dark red oil liquid, good solubility in vegetable oils.
