Paprika Oleoresin is obtained from paprika by pelleting, extraction, concentration and removing capsaicin. Its main components are capsanthin and capsorubin.
Application: mainly used as colouring additives in the foodstuff like noodles, biscuits, baking foods, cakes, canned foods and chilli sauce.
Appearance: dark red oil liquid, very good solubility in fat, vegetable oils. Soluble in water after emulsification, homogenization and modification. Good stability under light, heat, and PH conditions.
